Remodeling

During a remodeling phase, attention to detail and our customer’s needs are a high priority and every project is taken seriously.

It's important that a project doesn't disrupt the customer’s lifestyle. The jobsite at the end of the day will look like it did when we arrived that morning.

Remodeling can offer many challenges, for example, some of our projects were homes that dated back over 2 centuries and sometimes were not constructed as well as you might expect. It's important to us to have the resources to make it all happen as smooth as possible.

Construction

Several of our exterior projects have been installing new windows, doors, siding, and repairing or replacing roofs.

There are many different products we've used when it comes to exterior finishes. Some items we have worked with are: cedar clapboards, cedar shingles, vinyl siding with metal trim, cultured stone, fiber-cement board along with PVC trim boards and moldings.

Other buildings we have worked on are on the historical registry. These jobs require us to match trim detail or build shutters to match existing shutters.

Kitchens & Baths

Kitchens and baths require the most coordination to ensure the project runs smoothly and quickly Some projects may require special attention to detail so that it looks like it was part of the original construction. Other areas may require structural alterations by either removing a wall or just enlarging a section of wall with engineered lumber.

Custom Cabinetry

Cabinet work can be very rewarding. Customers have given us photos to select specific details they are looking for or just relay what their desires are and it is left to us to come up with the design. It's a great pleasure to be able to come up with a design and build it to fit our customer’s needs and lifestyle.

Specialty Items

Our specialty items range from doors, to bars to custom boats. The imagination to create and then fabricate is very rewarding and worth sharing. Bring us your ideas and we will create your masterpiece!

Staircases

Certain projects we've encountered reproducing moldings. If the project is something we cannot duplicate in house, we can have that specific profile ground and reproduce that molding.

Staircases can be a challenge but the end results, as you will see all come out beautiful.
